Most Australian carriers use the same codes. If the above doesn't work, contact your carrier's support.

Yes! Ringlynx seamlessly integrates with both Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar. When the AI books an appointment, it automatically syncs with your calendar, checks your availability, and prevents double-bookings.
Connecting your Outlook calendar is simple:
Permissions needed: Read calendar events, write calendar events, and read availability
What gets synced: Appointments, availability status, and booking confirmations
Setting up Google Calendar is just as easy:

What gets synced: Appointments, free/busy status, and event details
Currently, you can connect one calendar at a time (either Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar). You can switch between them anytime from your dashboard settings. All existing appointments will remain in your calendar when you switch.
When the AI books an appointment:
Two-way sync: If you cancel or reschedule an appointment in your calendar, Ringlynx is automatically updated.
If you use "forward when busy" mode, calls only go to Ringlynx when your line is busy. Otherwise, all calls go to Ringlynx.
Yes! You can turn call forwarding on/off anytime using the codes above. Or use "forward when busy/no answer" mode.

AI Email Triage is an intelligent inbox management system that automatically prioritizes your emails, provides voice briefings, and helps you focus on what matters most. Forward your business emails to your RingLynx email address and let AI organize them for you.
When you forward emails to your RingLynx email address (e.g., 20@ringlynx.com), our AI:
Gmail: Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add forwarding address
Outlook: Settings → Mail → Forwarding → Enable forwarding
Note: Your original emails stay in your inbox - we only receive copies
Voice Briefings are AI-generated audio summaries of your inbox that you can listen to while driving, working, or on-site. Choose from:
